Different leathers require different care
When it comes to leather lounge care, saddle soap is for saddles. Leather furniture can cope with an occasional wipe with a dampened cloth but too often or too much water can course problems. Penetrating through the leather top coat finish and deep into the fibres, water can siphon the collagen layer out through the pores resulting in dry leather which will then cracked and rip.
Using CouchGuard® Leather Care Products makes leather cleaning easy and the more you use them the easier the dirt and grime is removed. Ideal for all finished / pigmented leather couches.

Jennifer JonesOct 5, 2020, 08:28 AMI wish to congratulate your company for manufacturing a product which gets rid of bright yellows stains from a Italian cream leather lounge. I believe the stains were from either fake tan and/or suntan lotion. I used both products plus the small plastic brush on the lounge and was amazed at the disappearance of the stains which have been on my lounge since last Summer. Thank you so much.
Steve HartJun 22, 2020, 05:46 AMI have used this on a white leather lounge and the results are outstanding I would recommend it over any other product I have used.

How To Clean Leather Couch
Simply read these easy to follow directions and your leather lounge will be like new again in no time at all!
CouchGuard® Leather Cleaner Directions:
The directions apply for pigmentented, finished, corrected grain, semi aniline and bi cast leathers.
1 Place a drop sheet or old towel around the couch to be cleaned to protect floor coverings. (not supplied)
2 Vacuum any loose dirt from your sofa using your upholstery and crevice tools.
3 Always work on one area at a time. Evenly Spray CouchGuard® Deep Leather Cleaner onto selected area.
4 Lightly agitate with the brush supplied working from the edges to the centre in circles. DO NOT scrub. Wipe dry with the white biodegradable towel. Repeat process until all grime is removed.
5 CouchGuard® recommends applying our conditioning cream after cleaning. Use as directed.
Tip: In a clean bucket add 1-2 litres of clean warm water to rinse the agitating brush regularly during cleaning.
CouchGuard® Leather Conditioning Cream Directions:
1 Lightly dampen 1 white biodegradable cloth (supplied) with water. Work water into cloth until a ball like shape is formed.
2 Apply CouchGuard® Conditioning Cream onto the cloth. Work into the cloth then gently apply cream evenly over leather. Continue process until the complete couch has been treated.
Warning: Always test on a small hidden area before use
For best results allow the leather conditioner to absorb into leather for 1-2hrs before placing throw cushions back onto couch or using.
