Flat rate postage on all our products. We use Australia Post, eParcel Service and stamped padded bags. We post everyday except weekends. Cut off time is 1:30 – 1:45pm (AEDT) daily. Orders placed during / after this time frame or on a weekend will be dispatched the next available working day.
Our commitment is to dispatch on time, Australia Posts commitment is to deliver on time.
Our flat rate postage applies to online sales only and does not apply to exchanges, returns or orders placed via email.

FREE postage when you spend $125 or more in one transaction

Pick Up From Coolum Beach Warehouse
We do offer a “Click n Collect” service. Collection is generally between 10am and 2pm Weekdays only. We will email you once the order has been processed and is ready for collection with that weeks hours.
Tracking
Tracking is available on the eParcel Post service and trackable from Australia Posts website. 98% of our products are sent with tracking but smaller items and quantities such as recliner cables, springs, leather touch up pens etc are sent in padded bags, stamped mail. Basically a product that weighs less then 180g and less then 20mm thick. An email will be sent after you order has been dispatch updating you this information. Remember if you check on the tracking, you are our customer, we are Australia Posts customer.
A tracking number DOE’S NOT cover you if your order is lost during postage
Postage Insurance
CouchGuard® offers postage insurance during checkout on all orders within Australia. $3.00 extra on all orders up to $124.99 and $5 extra on orders over $125. Postage insurance covers you for your order if it is lost during postage. The $3.00 cover covers you up to $124.99 Order Replacement Cover while the $5 cover, covers you up to $300 Order Replacement Cover.

International Shipping
Shipping to NZ, USA, Canada and the UK is available using Pack & Track International service. Rates are based on Australia Post “Zones” and is up to 500g. Shipping is then calculated in 1kg increments i.e: 501g – 1.0kg, 1.01kg – 2.0kg
New Zealand start at $17.00
USA, Canada and United Kingdom start at $33.65
STD International Air Mail is available for Malaysia, No tracking and starts at AUD$21.00
