We're adapting our business during this challenging time.
We are doing everything possible to keep delivering during the Coronavirus pandemic. Most of our Post Offices are still open, while our posties and drivers are working to get your parcels to you.
However, the challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are delays as our business adopts additional safety measures to protect our people and customers. Other factors contributing to delays include fewer domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes as more people start shopping online.
With the spike in online shopping, we’re processing and delivering up to two million parcels a day across Australia.

Flat rate postage on all our products. We use Australia Post, eParcel Service and stamped padded bags. We post everyday except weekends. Cut off time is 2:20 - 2:30pm (AEDT) daily. Orders placed during / after this time frame or on a weekend will be dispatched the next available working day.
Our commitment is to dispatch on time, Australia Posts commitment is to deliver on time.
Our flat rate postage applies to online sales only and does not apply to exchanges, returns or orders placed via email.

Tracking is available on the eParcel Post service and trackable from Australia Posts website. 98% of our products are sent with tracking but smaller items and quantities such as recliner cables, springs, leather touch up pens etc are sent in padded bags, stamped mail. Basically a product that weighs less then 180g and less then 20mm thick. An email will be sent after you order has been dispatch updating you this information. Remember if you check on the tracking, you are our customer, we are Australia Posts customer.
A tracking number DOE'S NOT cover you if your order is lost during postage
CouchGuard® offers postage insurance during checkout on all orders within Australia. $1.50 extra on all orders up to $100 and $5 extra on orders over $100. Postage insurance covers you for your order if it is lost during postage. The $1.50 cover covers you up to $100 Order Replacement Cover while the $5 cover, covers you up to $300 Order Replacement Cover.

Shipping to NZ, USA, Canada and the UK is available using Pack & Track International service. Rates are based on Australia Post "Zones" and is up to 2.0kg. Additional cost per kg will be added over 2.0kg / 4.4lbs. We have capped the base rate at AUD$11.00

USA, Canada and United Kingdom start at $22.00
STD International Air Mail is available for Malaysia, No tracking and starts at AUD$18.00
