CouchGuard Nano Shield® Fabric Protector is a non toxic, commercial grade, water based Nano stain shield treatment suitable for micro suedes, nylon, polypropylene, wool and other fibres that are not affected by water. With built in red stain blockers and its high quality repellant for water, grime and oil it enables messes to be removed easily before permanent staining occurs.

Ever wondered if the furniture store actually applies the fabric protection you’ve paid for? Have piece of mind knowing that your furniture has been treated by doing it yourself. Our 1 litre kit will comfortably cover 2 x 3 seater couches or similar and includes the battery sprayer FREE.
Please note: Different weaves of fabrics will have different outcomes when tested. The tighter the weave the more the water / liquid will beed. The looser the weave the less the water / liquid will beed. This is normal. In this case, the fibres of the fabric are still protected.
This product is not a UV protector
How To Use This Product
SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be clean, dry and free of dirt, dust, contaminants, stains and coatings.
Standard surface preparation can be used. Dirt and algae invested substrates should be cleaned with suitable cleaner or pressure water. Water pressure must be suitable for the substrate.
CouchGuard® Nano Shield Fabric Protection Directions, 250ml and 500ml:
1 Evenly spray a wet coat of CouchGuard Nano Shield® Fabric Protector onto selected area.
2 Repeat once using a different spray pattern to maximise even coverage.
Two coats wet on wet must be applied to ensure full coverage.
CouchGuard® Nano Shield Fabric Protection Directions 1lt to 5lt:
1 If the couches are on timber or tiled floors, place a drop sheet or old towels around to protect the floor coverings. (not supplied)
2 First test the battery sprayer with water to adjust the spray pattern. You can do this by placing the pick up tube into the sink or a bucket before connecting to the fabric protection bottle.
3 Testing on a cloth or towel, adjust the fan width by turning the white adjustor on the sprayer. You want a wide even mist.
4 Evenly spray CouchGuard Nano Shield® Fabric Protector onto the couch in one direction.
5 Repeat once using a different spray pattern to maximise even coverage.
Two coats wet on wet must be applied to ensure full coverage.
If the couch is on carpet and its clean, allow the protection overspray mist to fall onto the carpet. This will protect the carpet at the same time! Allow to completely dry before using again. Generally allow 1 plus hours to dry completely. Drying times may vary depending on weather.

Protective personal equipment should be used when applying the product.

Really happy with this product so far. Easy to apply with the battery operated pump. Invisible when dry. No obvious water marks. No sticky residue. Odorless. Only small issue was that the pump sprayer went from a mist to droplets after the first litre…but hey…it was free, so not really a problem☺
