CouchGuard® Fitting Directions:

The directions are general instructions and may vary from recliner to recliner.

1 Disconnect any mains power before starting.
2 Using safe lifting methods, disconnect the recliners from the consoles or roll the complete setting over onto its back.

3 Find the wiring for the existing cup holder, follow and disconnect remembering where it goes.

4 Using your fingers, gently lift and pry top plastic cover from the cup holder. Remove the 3 screws from the cup holder then remove the cup holder out of the opening.
5 Insert the new cup holder into the opening and position. Fasten with the 3 screws and clip on the top plastic cover.
6 Reconnect the wiring.
7 Switch on the mains power and check to see that LED and or the recliner controls work before putting the recliners and consoles back into position.

Make sure the fabric or leather hasn’t stuck to the old cup holder when removing.
