The Genuine Okin HS.13.04.03 4 button hand control is the replacement for the Okin 6 Button Hand Control 1.42.000.163.30. Generally found on dual actuator lift chairs to control the back and footrest functions separately. Comes with the 5 pin industry standards plug and handy clip to hand the handset for easy access.

Please Note: There is no middle row buttons so you will need to operate the buttons separately for the desired functions.

Before You Buy An Actuator

  • Check the leads for damage
  • Check the switch isn’t faulty
  • Check the actuator in another recliner

All these checks can be done on another recliner and may save you hundreds of dollars doing so.

Actuator Warranties

We offer the following warranties:

  • 36 Months Warranty on all our compatible actuators.
  • 24 Months Warranty on all genuine Okin & TiMOTION actuators.
  • 12 Months Warranty on all genuine Kaidi, eMoMo & Mulin actuators.

All of the actuators supplied are rigorously tested by the manufacture prior to leaving their facility. If a defect becomes apparent within 6 (six) months after taking delivery of the actuator, it will be refutably assumed that the defect already existed in the actuator, unless such an assumption with the nature of either the object of the delivery or the defect.

Removing & Fitting General Electrical Components

  1. Place a drop sheet or old towels around the recliner.
  2. Turn off and remove the power supply plug from the mains.
  3. Gently turn the recliner over onto its side or on its back. Remember correct lifting
    methods.
  4. Locate the component and its lead. Follow the lead along to the plug end remembering where it runs.
  5. Using a pair of side cutters, snip the cable ties that are retaining the lead
    to the frame.
  6. Unplug the socket and remove the old component. Place the new component lead along the same path as the old and cable tie the new lead to the frame.
  7. Check all other leads are out of the way of moving parts.
  8. Turn the recliner back over to normal seating position
  9. Plug the main power supply back into the wall.
  10. Test the new component. Operate the lift chair recliner to its fullest position
    and check that all the leads are clear and not stretched.
  11. Return the lift chair to its normal seating position.
Tip: Check that all the leads are cable tied away from moving parts before
turning the power supply back on. Leads can sometimes get jammed between
moving parts causing a dead short after the chair is moved.
DO NOT exceed more then 2 mins operating time at anyone time. If you do exceed this time, wait 20 mins before using again.

No unfortunately. Pegar handles have been obsolete for many years and we don’t stock any cables suitable.
Recliner springs are measured by the overall length. You’ll find a break down of each recliner spring on each of the products pages. Simply click or tap on the “Measuring” tab.
No. There is only 1 colour brown available worldwide. There is no choice what shade of brown it is sorry.
Yes. There can be a couple mm tolerances in the measurements given.

Yes. Converted to millimetres is 110mm x 70mm.

You need to remove the trigger and cable from the recliner, disconnect the cable from the handle and use the Cable Cheat Sheet that is on the website.
Click or Tap on the “Measuring” tab on the products page and follow the Cable Cheat Sheet to measure your cable correctly. Make sure you disconnect your cable from the handle before measuring. If you cable has broken the barrel off of the end, simply add that measurement, 3.5 or 6mm to the overall length measurement.
