Plastic fork head or front clevis mount 9mm is the connector on the end of the stroke tube of the actuator. A clevis pin goes through this piece and the chair lift mechanism to hold that end of the motor on the chair.
Plastic Fork head or Front Clevis Mount is and has 9mm left handed thread.
**DO NOT USE multi-grips or similar on the very end of the fork head when installing. If you must use such tools, grab hold closes to the thread!**
