My motor says its 24V. Will this power supply still be ok?Tim Wheeler
Yes. All recliner chair motors are 24V or 25V and use the 29V power supply.
How to get out of a power recliner when the power goes out?Tim Wheeler
All you need is one of our battery back up for power recliners. We have two options. The best option is the 1800mAh Battery Pack which is an inline solution. Always on charge and kicks in automatically when the power goes out.
Can the battery be plugged into my lift chair all the time for back up for when the power goes out?Tim Wheeler
Yes. You simply unplug your power supply and fit our battery pack inline using your existing 0l leads. The battery then charges / remains charged form the original recliner power supply.
Can I get a different shade brown?Tim Wheeler
No. There is only 1 colour brown available worldwide. There is no choice what shade of brown it is sorry.

Can I use Acetone to clean the leather?Tim Wheeler
No. Acetone will will damage the components used during the tanning process and the fibre structor of the leather.
Can I use this on outdoor furniture?Tim Wheeler
If the furniture is undercover, then yes you can. With the odd drop or mist of rain it will be ok.
Can I use this on rugs & carpet?Tim Wheeler
Most Definitely! Freshly cleaned or new carpets. Our Fabric Protection can be used on any material / fabric that's not effected by water.
Can I use this product on vinyl?Tim Wheeler
Yes you can use this on vinyl / bonded leather. Some, not all vinyls may need the Leather Sealer applied after if it feels tacky when dry.
Can I use your Leather Filler before applying the dye to fill some cracks?Tim Wheeler
No. You can't use leather filler or our Leather Repair Resin and leather dye together. The Leather Dye is alcohol based so it will soften the filler or resin. If you have an aniline leather, then no filler just dye. If you have a finished / pigmented leather then you can use the resin or filler and leather colour, which is leather paint.
